We’re continuing to grow.
We’re still here for you.
At Lisinski Law Firm, we are making strategic decisions about where and how we can best serve our clients. As part of this plan, we will close five offices in Miami, Pasadena, Phoenix, Riverside, and San Diego, while opening four new offices in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Boston, and Salt Lake City. We are also continuing to invest in our technology and teams to strengthen how we serve clients across the country.
For our current clients, what matters most is not changing: your representation, your legal team, and the work on your case will continue without interruption because of these changes. Clients served by offices that are closing will continue to receive support through our virtual service model. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about these changes and how to reach us.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the office closure affect my case?
No. Your attorney, legal team, and the work on your case will continue without interruption because of this office closure. Most case work is already handled through our corporate office and does not depend on the local physical office.
Why is this office closing?
We regularly evaluate our locations to make sure our resources are where we can best serve clients. As part of that work, we are closing some physical offices while investing in new locations, technology, and the teams that serve our clients. This decision is about the physical location and does not affect our representation or the work on your case.
Is Lisinski Law Firm closing or scaling back?
No. Lisinski Law Firm is not closing. While five physical offices are closing, we are also opening four new offices in Brooklyn, the Bronx, Boston, and Salt Lake City and continuing to invest in technology and teams that support our clients. Our firm continues operating and representing our clients.
When does my local office close?
Offices will close on October 2nd. The last appointments at these locations will be scheduled through September 26th.
How will I meet with an attorney or team after the office closes?
After September 26th, meetings with our attorneys and other team members will be held virtually. Virtual client service is already part of how we serve clients across the country. You can continue reaching us at 800-259-5555.
Will my attorney or legal team change?
Not because of this office closure. The closure of the physical location does not change your attorney, legal team, or the work being done on your case.
What happens to my file and documents?
Your documents and records remain secure. Client files are managed through our systems and corporate office and do not depend on this physical location.
I usually make payments at the office. What should I do?
If you normally make payments at the office, please call 800-259-5555. Our team can help you set up AutoPay or another payment method by phone. You may also continue making payments in person at a Chase Bank location.
Do I need to do anything before the office closes?
You do not need to take any action related to your case because of the office closure. If you normally make payments at the office, we encourage you to call 800-259-5555 before the closure to set up your payment method by phone.
Do I need to go to another Lisinski Law Firm office?
