What You Need to Do:
Schedule an Appointment with a Civil Surgeon
A Civil Surgeon is a doctor approved by USCIS specifically for immigration-related medical exams. This is different from your regular doctor, and you must visit a USCIS-approved Civil Surgeon.

Note: Some clients have shared that using approved urgent care centers can help secure faster appointments. We recommend checking availability at these locations.

At your appointment, the Civil Surgeon will complete Form I-693. They will provide you with a sealed envelope containing the completed form. Do not open this envelope.
Mail or Drop Off the Sealed Envelope
Your case cannot be submitted to USCIS without this form. Include your full name on both the envelope and the packet itself to ensure accurate processing by our team.
