Dan Shuey has over a decade of experience zealously advocating for clients across the country, including winning cases at the Supreme Court of the United States, federal circuit courts, and multiple state supreme courts. Before joining the Lisinski Law Firm, Dan helped some of the country’s largest companies resolve their most important issues, both in and out of court, and has been recognized for his work by Best Lawyers in America and Columbus CEO magazine. He now applies those same skills to advocate on behalf of the Lisinski Law Firm’s clients.

Dan has a long history of working to make sure everyone is fairly represented in our legal system, starting at Georgetown Law where he was a member of the appellate clinic representing immigrants and prisoners in federal courts, and continuing through his leadership of multiple pro bono projects on behalf of state and federal prisoners. Dan started his career serving as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio. Dan is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive passionate and creative advocacy on their behalf in every case.
