IN ORDER TO SUPPORT LISINSKI LAW FIRM

Important Conditions

Thank you for your interest in supporting our talent needs. All third-party partnerships with external staffing, recruiting, or search partners are facilitated through our Talent Acquisition team. Lisinski Law Firm does not accept unsolicited resumes, profiles, or outreach from third parties unless both of the following conditions are met:

  • Lisinski Law Firm requested assistance via their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS) of record to submit candidates for a specific opening.

  • Lisinski Law Firm has an approved and signed MSA with the organization submitting the resume/candidate information.

Unless these conditions are met, Lisinski will not approve payment to any third party for any resume or candidate information.

Recruitment Support Interest Form

Completion of the Recruitment Support Interest Form does not guarantee that your organization will be enrolled as authorized recruiting partners of Lisinski Law Firm. Vendors are assessed based on several factors, including but not limited to: talent specialization, local market presence/penetration/reach, market reputation, previous performance (if applicable), and more. IMPORTANT RECRUITMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Vendor Processing

Lisinski Law Firm’s Recruitment Vendor process consists of the following:

  1. Submission of Recruitment Partnership Interest Form to Lisinski Law Firm Talent Acquisition Team for initial consideration.

  2. Execution of Lisinski Law Firm’s standard Recruiting Agreement (MSA), which includes all terms including but not limited to fee structure, conversion schedule.

  3. Receipt of a system-driven invitation to source and submit candidates to a specific requisition(s) via Lisinski Law Firm’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Vendor Management System (VMS) of record. 

  4. Exclusive communication channeled through Talent Acquisition, not the hiring leader/interviewer, unless otherwise directed by Talent Acquisition.
